Over the past 15 years William Hadala, Jr. has served as a technology executive who has played a key role in successful product rollouts for industry leaders such as Clearwire Corporation, Philips Electronics, Perot Investments and Fujitsu.
William Hadala is the President & Chief Executive Officer of iWire365, a Texas-based wireless technology services company dedicated to supporting the development and advancement of SMART Networks and related technology in their various forms and applications. William’s vision for iWire365 is to straddled the optimum combination of characteristics and qualities between telecommunications & energy that within the industry is known as the sweet spot; providing Smart technologies and approaches to enable the vision of a truly smart technology future. William’s team provides products and services that facilitate the establishment and the operation of wireless, 4G, LTE, WiMAX high bandwidth networks for a variety of markets and customers.
Prior to founding iWire365 Mr. Hadala served as an executive at the Clearwire Corporation that is a Wireless Internet service provider (WISP). The company serves users in the United States, Mexico and countries in Western Europe. Clearwire’s team was responsible for building wireless metropolitan area networks across the United States.
William’s specialties include fixed and wireless applications and communications technology, systems, architectures, and customer and partner engagements within the commercial and government sectors.
William is married to his beautiful wife Shannon.
Manoj Bhatia
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Manoj Bhatia is a Telecom Executive with 20+ years of high-tech industry (IT, Energy & Utilities) experience and global track record in business development, managing partner alliances and technology solution sales. Prior to joining iWire365 Manoj served as the Director, Strategic Alliances at GE Digital Energy. His responsibilities included developing new business models for partner engagement and consulting practice with firms specializing in SmartGrid network communications, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and wireless backhaul networks. He has also worked for eleven years at Cisco in engineering, technical marketing and business development roles working on Unified Collaboration (UC), Security and Mobility applications with ISVs and channel partners.
Manoj’s responsibilities include new business development, strategic consulting and new partnership / alliance opportunities. It’s Manoj’s vision to plan and execute iWire365′s strategy with AMI/Meter/M2M/Telecom infrastructure companies worldwide for building a Smart Cities vision for Tier2/3 cities of the world. Additional responsibilities include international representation and raising capital ranging from venture capital to investment banks.
Manoj holds an MBA and a BS (Elect Engg.) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (Kenan-Flagler Business School).
His expertise includes Smart Grid (Energy/Utilities), Telecommunications, Wireless technologies ( 3G/4G, LTE, WiMax), Unified Communications (UC), Enterprise IT (WebEx, Cloud Services, SaaS), M&A, International Market Development, Sustainable Enterprise Models, Global Energy Innovations especially in the area of Smart Water Grid/Distribution Networks.
Manoj is married and lives with his family in Cary, North Carolina.
Lisa Trenary
Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development
Over the past 16 years, Lisa Trenary has held different positions within sales, communications, design and development. She served on the design team at GDS Engineers Incorporated serving a diverse customer base including Exxon Mobil Corporation. Most recently she served on the communications and development teams of an internationally known ministry.
Lisa is a strategic thinker that has joined iwire365 as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development to oversee operations, marketing opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, generating leads for possible sales, follow-up sales activity, formal proposal writing, corporate communications, and business model design.
Matt Wills
Vice President of Business Development
Matt oversees and develops new business partners with iWire365 and implements new technologies into our business, thereby reducing cost and waste. Identifying corporate and customer needs and finding solutions that can be implemented by iWire365. Matt works as an intermediary between sub-contractors and customers to assure needs are met and fulfilled in a turnkey manner.
Matt graduated from Tarleton State University and lives with his family near Fort Worth, Texas.
Matt Leach

Matt oversees the practical application of marketing techniques and management of iWire365′s marketing resources and activities. Matt is responsible for influencing the level, timing, and composition of customer demand and outreach, market research and analysis, market strategy, implementation planning, project, process and vendor management, and organizational management and leadership.
